Landlord services
Our landlord and tenant service is tailor made to keep landlords and their clients property safe and in the right hands. The service we offer covers both the domestic and commercial sector. Lock changes for landlords are commonly done after a tenant’s lease has come to an end or during a repossession. Once the former tenant has left the locks can be changed ready for new occupants.

Glazing, windows and doors
The landlord service also covers emergency boarding up of broken or damaged doors and windows. Sometimes this works also has to be done during repossessions depending on how the property has been treated by the tenants.
The photo displayes a window replacement in Maidenhead, Berkshire. After the window was vandalized Smiths boarded up the opening while a new one was on order.
Master key systems
Some clients with multi occupancy buildings (for example a care home) prefer to have their locks on master key systems. This is where only select keys work certain doors. The advantage of this is it allows agents/care workers to enter rooms quickly during an emergency or lock change. Access control systems can also be used in conjunction with master key suite
Repossessions
No one likes removing people from their home or places of work. However if rent is not paid occasionally there is no option left but to carry out a repossession. During repossessions the aim of both ourselves and bailiff is to remove the tenants and secure the premises for the owners/agents. Sometimes keys are not available and so in some circumstances we also have to gain entry to the building.
